Role & responsibilities

ETP & STP Operation

• Maintain Log book ETP and STP on daily basis
• Keep record of each and every activity perform in ETP and STP
• Time to time do the testing of water quality with help of inhouse lab and external lab
• Time to time do the air monitoring in context to the CC&A
• Time to time monitoring and disposal of hazardous waste, Municipality waste.
• DO the kaizen to achieve improvement in treated water quality as per the GPCB CC&A.
• Time to time maintenance of ETP and STP Plant.
• Review Existing SOP and made investigation report and submit to the hod on monthly basis.
• Time to time check Efficiency and effectiveness of the ETP and STP and show in the monthly presentation.
• Daily do the analysis of COD and other parameter in our Internal lab to understand the behaviour of Inlet water.
• Time to time to complete compliance and report to legal section.
• Activities related to business plan
• 7 stage improvement projects related to environment to be take
• New or amendment in NOC and CCA to be carried out.
• Plan for waste reduction.
• 3 R Concept to be adopted in ETP and STP.

Liasoning Work

Liasoning with following Agencies :

• Environmental consultant
• GPCB Regional Office
• GPCB head office.
• TSDF Site
• TSDF Incinerator
• Solid waste disposal vendor ( Hazardeous + Non Hazardeous Waste)
• All statutory compliance related to environment to be carried
• Induction Training to the employee for Environment.

EMS (ISO-14004)

• Capture the data for EMS on monthly basis
