The Management Trainee will assist in marketing, finance & Business Development. This role offers immersive exposure to maritime HR practices, regulatory frameworks, and the logistics of global company.
???? Marketing & Branding
-Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to maritime services and training programs.
-Support digital outreach, social media strategy, and content creation aligned with brand identity.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
???? Finance & Budgeting
-Participate in budgeting exercises, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
-Assist in preparing financial models for new business proposals and operational reviews.
-Support audits and compliance documentation related to maritime finance standards.
???? Business Development
-Contribute to client acquisition strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
-Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for shipowners and institutional partners.
-Track industry trends and help identify strategic partnerships or expansion opportunities.
-Holistic understanding of maritime business functions and global compliance frameworks.
-Practical exposure to strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and operational execution.
-Development of analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills in a dynamic industry setting.
-Recent graduate in Business Administration, or related field.
-Strong communication and analytical skills.
-Passion for the maritime industry and global business environments.
-Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn from diverse challenges.
-Structured mentorship from senior maritime leaders
-Exposure to international shipping operations and strategy
-Hands-on experience across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Business Development.
-Interaction with international clients, shipowners, and regulatory bodies
