Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with senior leadership on
special projects
focusing on automation, digitization, and process improvement.
Conceptualize and execute
technology-enabled solutions
for internal teams and client operations.
Research and explore
new-age tools, platforms, and trends
relevant to accounting, outsourcing, and business transformation.
Support cross-functional teams in project planning, implementation, and tracking outcomes.
Drive
continuous learning and adaptability
by experimenting with innovative approaches and sharing best practices.

What Were Looking For:

Educational Qualification:
MBA (2023 pass-out with 1+ years of work experience will be preferred) – specialization in Operations, Business Analytics, IT, Strategy, or related fields.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel
(advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis, and preferably macros).
Exposure to
automation tools, dashboards, or technology-driven academic/industry projects
will be a strong plus.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to translate ideas into practical execution.
A mindset of
curiosity, innovation, and adaptability
to learn new technologies and business models.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to work in a
fast-paced, global KPO environment.
