Job Description

Role Overview: At Capillary, we are looking for an enablement professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that newly hired sales/CS/AM team members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to contribute effectively to the revenue organization. Your primary focus will be on accelerating time-to-productivity and revenue readiness through the development and implementation of tailored onboarding and ongoing readiness programs. Key Responsibilities: - Program management: Collaborate with regional sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to develop customized onboarding curriculum and ongoing readiness programs for different sales/CS roles and levels. - Content Development: Create engaging and gamified onboarding materials including training guides, presentations, job aids, sales playbooks, and other resources to facilitate faster ramp times. - Sales Process & Methodology: Align the onboarding process with sales methodologies and processes to enhance the learning experience. - Training Facilitation: Conduct in-person/virtual training sessions for new hires and provide a positive learning environment. - Sales Tools & Technology: Familiarize teams with sales tech stack and software to maximize productivity. - Experiential Learning: Enable new hires to practice and develop the right behaviors by connecting learning with real-life scenarios. - Performance Evaluation: Define sales ramp and establish a new hire performance reporting model for visibility and insights. - Continuous Improvement: Enhance the onboarding program based on feedback and industry best practices to align with sales goals. - Orchestrate Coaching: Collaborate with leaders to embed coaching from the onboarding stage to foster an effective coaching culture. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree from tier 1 or tier 2 business school preferred. - Certifications or internships in revenue architecture, sales, and marketing are a plus. - Creativity is highly valued for this role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. - Data-driven and analytical with the ability to provide insightful reporting to leadership teams. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
