Management Trainee

The Management Trainee Program offers a full-time job opportunity in the Training Department, specifically for male candidates. The position is for Management Trainee with the potential to progress to Trainer. The job location will be as per the requirement across Punjab, and applicants should be comfortable with placements anywhere in Punjab. Key Responsibilities include: - Compiling the daily attendance of OEC. - Conducting training on all current products along the route to ensure OECs have proper knowledge. - Gathering market information such as competitor schemes, offers, and new product launches. - Assisting in new product training and handling tasks assigned by the company. - Checking and ensuring the proper placement and maintenance of POP material in shops. - Supporting OECs in selling products, especially during the launch of new products. - Organizing tests, contests, and competitions for teams on a timely basis. This is a full-time job with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift with fixed hours and includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 20/02/2025.,
