Role Overview: As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for various legal tasks to support the legal team. Your role will involve conducting legal research, reviewing and drafting legal documents, providing compliance support, assisting with litigation matters, offering administrative support, participating in training programs, and fostering collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with legal research by identifying relevant case laws and summarizing legal findings. - Reviewing contracts, legal notices, and other legal documents, and potentially assisting with drafting. - Supporting compliance audits, reviewing policies, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements. - Assisting with monitoring litigation, briefing counsel, and managing legal records. - Providing administrative support to the legal team, including record management and report generation. - Participating in legal training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders, and communicating effectively with the legal team and external counsel. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in Law. - Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.,
