Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Mentor position based in Mathura. The Management Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students preparing for placement in leading organizations. Daily responsibilities include conducting training sessions and workshops, advising students on interview preparation, enhancing their managerial and interpersonal skills, and coordinating activities to ensure comprehensive professional development. The mentor will also collaborate with other team members to design and refine training materials according to student needs and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Experience and skills in communication, public speaking, and delivering impactful training sessions.
• Knowledge in career guidance, interview techniques, and professional skill development.
• Effective time management, organizational, and interpersonal abilities to work directly with students and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to adapt to evolving educational needs and provide tailored solutions for individual students or groups.
• Possessing a background in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
