Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Management Mentor. The Management Mentor will guide, support, and mentor students participating in FACE Prep’s skill development programs. Responsibilities include overseeing the learning process, addressing student queries, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring program goals are met. The mentor will also collaborate with the teaching and curriculum development teams to ensure the best learning experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in mentoring, coaching, and guiding students or teams
• Experience in content delivery, curriculum facilitation, or student management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability to quick learner needs
• A professional or academic background in education, management, or related fields
• Previous experience in skill development programs or working in the tech sector is a plus
• MBA is mandatory.
• Candidates need to reliably commute or relocate to Chennai
