Management Internship

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Management Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team in the EdTech domain. This role provides hands-on exposure to the student enrollment process, educational marketing strategies, and digital outreach campaigns. The intern will actively support lead generation efforts, interact with prospective students and parents, and help promote our academic programs across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to prospective students and parents through calls, messages, and online engagement.
• Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling counseling sessions or demos.
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, education fairs, school visits, and community engagement activities.
• Participate in market research to understand competitor offerings, student needs, and emerging trends in the education sector.
• Maintain student inquiry databases, track follow-ups, and update progress reports.
• Coordinate with academic and counseling teams to ensure smooth admissions support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in the education sector and student interaction.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
