Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day hospital operations and administration.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth functioning of hospital services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital performance and patient satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and marketing initiatives (as per specialization).
• Oversee HR activities such as recruitment, training, and staff performance management.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support senior management in decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Hospital Administration / Finance & Marketing / Human Resources.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
