Job Title: OT Assistant – IVF & Fertility Procedures

Location: Puja IVF Fertility Center, Patna, Bihar

Job Summary:

Puja IVF Fertility Center, a leading fertility care provider in Bihar, is looking for a skilled and experienced OT Assistant to support our IVF and fertility procedures. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operation Theatre assistance, specifically in an IVF or fertility clinic setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist gynecologists, embryologists, and surgical staff during IVF and fertility-related procedures
• Maintain OT sterilization and hygiene protocols
• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment as per IVF procedural standards
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
• Follow strict aseptic and infection control measures
• Support OT documentation and inventory management

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT Assistant in an IVF or fertility center

Diploma in OT Technology or relevant medical field (preferred)

Knowledge of egg pickup and embryo transfer procedures

Should be familiar with laparoscopic procedures

Familiarity with IVF lab equipment and sterile handling protocols

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-precision environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
