Shall attend all admitted patient physically on their shift duty. All observations and clinical finding shall be noted. Medical Officer/ Clinical coordinator should assure informing general conditions and any important events to consultant. Should have to take daily round of ward/ICU/Day Care / other patient care areas. Should be responsible for all clinical activities of ward. Assure progress notes and CT all along with SNDT (Sign, Name, Date, and Time) in capital letter and note down their patient visit which should be counterchecked and signed by Medical Officer. Inform all events and unplanned medicine given during duty hours. Patients personally assure all proper medical services. To coordinate with other departments for patient services.
This position is responsible for being a vital link between the doctors and staff members of the hospital and the patient and their relatives who comes to the hospital for medical care and treatment. He/she is the bridge who facilitates communication between the hospital and the patient and his relatives and also ensures the all requirements (medical and non medical) related to the plan of care of the patients are met with adequately. Daily Patient Ward Round. Co-ordinate with all concern department and doctors about patient discharge and ensure that patient discharge is smooth . Co-ordinate with Billing Department, get Interim bills and distribute and update to all patients on daily basis
Complete admission procedures, documenting etc. Orient the patient and relatives to the room / ward facilities politely and clearly with respect to telephone, call bell, toilet/bath, visiting time, meal timings, etc. Plans appropriate nursing interventions and prioritizes them to meet their needs through competent nursing care. Assist the doctor on his/her round and in any procedure to be performed on the patient. Maintain appropriate records in the ward. Hand over the ward/patients with complete information/instructions to the next nurse on duty. Report any grievance and unusual occurrence in the ward to the Nursing In-charge/ Nursing Head/ or to the appropriate authority

Assist to Surgeon during Operation or procedure in OT. Have experience of General Surgery, All Laparoscopic Surgeries, Orthopedic, Urology, Gynac, Neuro , Gastro Surgery
1) Maintain short book to list the drugs running out of stock and new requests from the consultant. 2) To ensure proper storage of drugs and other pharmaceutical preparations in the department. 4)To ensure that the first in first out (FIFO) policy is maintained while dispensing of drugs. 5)Maintenance of updated inventory of stocks of all the stock details (batch wise) of each and every item. 6)To keep a record of reported adverse drug reaction and take corrective action. 7)To ensure that drugs are not stored beyond the expiry period and arrange for disposal of the same. 8)Take periodic stock verification and submit report to Accounts department. 7)Take appropriate measure to prevent theft and pilferage in the dept. 8)To maintain records of all Purchase orders and Goods receipt note of drugs and other pharmaceutical preparations. 9)To ensure that the process of billing, preparation of purchase order and goods receipt note of consignment products is done after actual consumption of the consignment drug/consumables.
1) Collect/accept samples for various tests in appropriate containers as per protocol. 2) Check the sample volume .Incase it is inappropriate, then to make a note of it and inform the senior Lab Technician. 3) Processing of the samples as per protocol. 4) Input all the information that is required by the software package. Inform the lab executive of any abnormal or borderline result prior to repeating the test. 5)Report generation & Report checking.[printed copy] 6) Ensure that the reports are ready for delivery for both the inpatients as well as the outpatients.
