Management Executive

Role Overview: As a Management Executive / Executive Assistant to CEO, your main responsibility will be to assist the CEO and senior management in planning, coordination, and the execution of business operations, strategy, and administrative tasks. This role will give you exposure to the overall business functioning and leadership decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the CEO in daily operations, planning, and follow-ups with different departments. - Prepare reports, presentations, and business summaries for management meetings. - Coordinate communication between CEO, internal teams, and external partners. - Support in business analysis, research, and preparing strategic proposals. - Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation for the CEO's office. - Track and ensure timely completion of assigned business targets and projects. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Participate in new business initiatives and assist in execution planning.
