Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Carry out administrative work such as record-keeping and coordination in the Engineering Department, manage operational responsibilities, and provide support to the management team.
Organize and categorize admin documents for easy access; support ISO compliance, statutory documents and audit readiness by maintaining accurate compliance records.
Assist with the invoice processing.
Track and manage office assets and maintaining accurate fixed-asset logs.
Respond to administrative emails, follow up pending issues, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve queries efficiently.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure interdepartmental support and cohesive workflow coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Only MBA applicants with an EEE background will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Confidentiality & Attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proactive problem-solving.
