Job Description

You will be working with KPMG in India, a professional services firm affiliated with KPMG International Limited. Established in India in August 1993, KPMG professionals leverage a global network while being well-versed in local laws, regulations, and markets. With offices across India, KPMG offers services to national and international clients, focusing on rapid, performance-based, industry-specific, and technology-enabled solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions as per IFRS, IGAAP, INDAS. - Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements. - Provide end-to-end finance and accounts solutions, handle statutory and tax audits. - Ensure timely monthly book closure and budget preparation. - Assist auditors, coordinate with them, and provide necessary information for timely audit completion. - Manage people effectively, including remote teams. - Work in a results-oriented, deadline-driven environment. - Utilize analytical and decision-making skills effectively. - Demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and customer focus. - Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate. - Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in IFRS, Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and US GAAP reporting. - Proficiency in accounting software like SAP is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
