Mamlatdar Land Revenue Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mamlatdar / Senior Land & Revenue Consultant with over 20 years of expertise in land administration, revenue laws, and government coordination. The candidate will lead and supervise complex land and revenue matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance on high-value land and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end supervision of land revenue matters including 7/12, 8A, Form 6, mutation entries, partition, amalgamation, and land classification.

• Strategic handling of NA (Non-Agriculture) conversion, land use change, and regularization matters.

• Senior-level liaison with Talati, Mamlatdar, Prant Officer, Collector Office, and Development Authorities.

• Advisory role in land acquisition, sale, lease, and registration for large parcels.

• Resolution of title disputes, encumbrances, and legacy land issues.

• Ensuring full compliance with Gujarat Land Revenue Code and allied regulations.

• Conducting inspections, boundary demarcation, and supervising site verifications.

• Supporting legal teams in court cases, appeals, and government hearings.

• Guiding internal teams on land strategy, risk assessment, and documentation.

• Maintaining confidential land records, reports, and compliance trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 20+ years of proven experience in land and revenue administration.

• Deep understanding of Gujarat Land Revenue Laws, Rules, and local practices.

• Strong network and practical working experience with government departments.

• Ability to handle high-value, complex, and sensitive land matters independently.

• Excellent drafting, documentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; English preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹312,906.93 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
