Job Description – Maintenance Technician

Position : Maintenance - Technician

Job Responsibilities:

ü Visit regularly in Production & Utility areas for daily check up’s.

ü Troubleshoot production & utility equipment’s whenever breakdown occurs and document it.

ü Maintain machine condition to ensure the equipment is running at optimum efficiency (Rigs, Ovens, Tanks, Compounding equipment’s. QA Lab equipment’s, Curing Oven, Packing machines etc..)

ü Perform Preventive maintenance as per the schedule and document it (Daily, Weekly, Qtly, Hly & Annual Check lists).

ü Update the equipment history card regularly for any major spare parts change and machine modification works.

ü Perform Calibration of process & measuring instruments and document it. (Internal & External)

ü Survey and maintain infrastructure systems to comply with Environment, health and safety standards (Buildings, Roads, Roofing &, False roofing’s).

ü Comply the Environment, Health and safety rules, regulations & standards during your work.

ü Ensure the usage and availability of appropriate PPE’s during work execution. (Helmet, Gloves, Googles, Safety Belt & Full body Harness)

ü Strictly adhere the visual controls inside the factory.

ü Support to implement the new machine installations, machine retro fitments & construction works.

ü Participate actively in Lean activities & CIP Projects.

ü Ensure 5S and safe practices in place at workshop & utility areas (DG Room, RO Plant, STP, ETP, Chiller, AHU Room, Borewell & Air compressor room).

ü Accompany and ensure the safety of the service vendor during their visit (Fabrication, Civil & AMC service persons etc…).

ü Maintain the inventory of maintenance spares & consumables.

ü Any other duty that may be assigned by Maintenance HOD.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
