Maintenance Technician

You will be responsible for Routine Maintenance, including performing scheduled checks and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities. Your role will also involve Troubleshooting and Repair, where you will identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various equipment. Additionally, you will be conducting Equipment Inspection to ensure stability, quality, and safety of buildings, equipment, and systems. You will also handle Repair and Replacement tasks, performing repairs and replacing worn or damaged parts. Inventory Management will be another key responsibility, where you will maintain inventory of equipment parts, supplies, and tools. Work Order Management is crucial, as you will process incoming work requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Safety Compliance is essential, and you will be expected to adhere to safety regulations, procedures, and protocols. Documentation of work performed, including work orders, reports, and inventory, will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in various trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and/or mechanics. - Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. - Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Blueprint and Schematic Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. - Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and practices. - Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients. - Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
