Job Description

You are invited to join Leadec, a leading global service specialist for factories and their infrastructure, as a Sr. Engineer / Team Leader in the TCF Shop at Huzur, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. As a qualified candidate with a BE/ B-tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the Automotive Industry's TCF Shop Assembly Line. Your role will involve hands-on experience with PLC logic modification and troubleshooting using Siemens S7-300, 200, 1200/1500 Series PLCs with TIA Portal Software. Additionally, you will work with VFDs, HMI, AC/DC Drives, Conveyors, DCNRs, and TCF line equipment. Proficiency in computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SAP will be essential. Your responsibilities will include the maintenance of Chassis process equipment such as Conveyors, EMS system, DCNRs, Filling Machines, VIN Punching, and Tester line. You will independently handle shifts, troubleshoot equipment and MES systems, plan machine spares, and develop preventive & predictive maintenance techniques. Furthermore, you will identify and order TCF shop spares, develop inspection & repair procedures, and enhance TCF Maintenance manpower skills. Your critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in team environments will be crucial in driving the Kaizen culture in TCF maintenance. Your expertise in control systems, communication networks, electrical control circuits, and networking will be utilized in handling testing functions areas like RBT, WAM, Smoke testing, and filling machines. Additionally, your hands-on experience with Siemens (S7-1500 PLC, HMI, drives & SCADA system), Atlas Copco DCNRs, and Servo motor will be valuable assets in this role.
