The ideal candidate should hold a qualification of BE/ B-tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical with 4-6 years of experience. As a Technician-E&I, your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating good hands-on experience of PLC logic modification & troubleshooting, specifically with Siemens S7-300, 200, 1200/1500 Series PLC using TIA Portal Software. - Having practical experience with VFD's, HMI & AC/DC Drives. - Understanding of Conveyor, DCNR, and TCF line equipment's. - Maintenance of Chassis process equipment such as Conveyors, EMS system, DCNRs, Filling Machines, VIN Punching, Tester line, etc. - Independently handling shifts for the Chassis line and troubleshooting the equipment & MES system. - Knowledgeable in machine spare planning & audit documentation preparation. As a qualified candidate with a BE/ B-tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the Automotive Industry's TCF Shop Assembly Line. Your role will involve hands-on experience with PLC logic modification and troubleshooting using Siemens S7-300, 200, 1200/1500 Series PLCs with TIA Portal Software. Additionally, you will work with VFDs, HMI, AC/DC Drives, Conveyors, DCNRs, and TCF line equipment.
