Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage the maintenance team
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficient in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in a supervisory maintenance role is preferred
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is an advantage
