To maintain and manage production activities with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) in order to achieve departmental and company goals. Responsibilities include supporting, training, and managing team members while also setting an example for others and aiming to build a safe workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Compliance with Laws and Building a Safe Workplace
   Ensure compliance with legal regulations in factory operations and build a safe work environment.
2. Operational Support
   Provide hands-on support based on production needs or when there is a shortage of team members.
3. Abnormality Handling:
   Collaborate with other departments to investigate and address the causes of abnormal products and their outflow.
4. Support and Development of Team Members
   Communicate with team members as a supervisor, provide operational support, and conduct training and development
5. Daily Work Instructions & Improvement Activities:
   Allocate daily maintenance tasks and adjust staffing as necessary. Promote activities to achieve departmental SQDC goals, while understanding the Toyota Production System.
6. Rule Compliance and Quality Assurance:
   Ensure department members strictly follow procedures and manage and guarantee the quality of their own processes
7. Promotion of 5S Activities
8. Maintenance Planning & Execution
9. Other tasks as instructed by your supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical control systems
