Job Description

We are seeking skilled and proactive individuals for our

Maintenance Department

to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and utility systems, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, compressors, HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers.
Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
Participate in the calibration and validation of equipment and instruments to meet regulatory requirements.
Assist in maintaining detailed maintenance logs, schedules, and related documentation.
Ensure adherence to
Good Engineering Practices (GEP)
and follow safety protocols.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Participate in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.

Qualifications:

Education:
Diploma / ITI in Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical
Experience: Freshers.
Basic understanding of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices is an advantage.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and under supervision.
