Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for: - Having a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma, along with 5-7 years of experience in the Pneumatic sector/industry. - Demonstrating knowledge and good command of troubleshooting CNC (HMC/VMC)/ Fanuc system/PLC/Cylindrical Grinding/ turning etc. - Performing PLC programming & troubleshooting. - Having good hands-on experience with pneumatic systems. - Managing shifts breakdown and maintenance of machines and equipment. - Maintaining Geometrical accuracy of VMC/HMC/SPM Machines. - Analyzing the cause of failures and breakdowns for the smooth and defect-free working of machines/equipment. - Designing and wiring CNC/VMC electrical panels as per electrical standards. - Problem-solving at the production floor. - Possessing good knowledge of part programs & system parameters. - Conducting System Audit, ISO &IS Standards knowledge, Pneumatic Standards. - Performing Preventive Maintenance of all types of CNC & PLC Machine (Grinding, VMC, HMC, Turning, Washing). - Managing Maintenance Cost effectively. - Handling DWM work and Maintenance Planning. - Developing programs in CNC, PLC, Drives, and Operator Interfaces, and making the Ladder Logic according to the machine design. - Planning spares parts & conducting In-house repair of spares. - Maintaining records of machines/equipment related to their history. - Coordinating Safety & Fortnightly Meetings with team members. Key Qualifications and Skills: - G-Suite proficiency (Google Docs, Sheet, Drive & Gmail, etc.). - Planning and Scheduling capabilities. - Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills. - Interdepartmental Coordination experience. - Product Related Operations knowledge. - Understanding of product-related Specifications / Engineering. - Ability to use AutoCAD software for providing electrical drawings.
