Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment and machinery. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Leading and managing all maintenance work across the facility. - Planning, scheduling, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the Plant Manager. - Assigning daily tasks to the maintenance team and ensuring timely completion. - Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in machinery. - Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and company maintenance policies. - Maintaining accurate records, logs, and maintenance reports, and submitting regular updates to the Head Office. - Continuously monitoring machine performance and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. - Managing the inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Utilizing Excel for maintenance tracking, reporting, and inventory management. Additionally, the company provides benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts and rotational shifts, with the work location being in person.
