Maintenance Manager

Dear Candidates,

We are looking to hire a Maintenance manager for our banquet hall (Miththam) located in Thiruvidanthai ECR.

The candidate must posses knowledge primarily about electrical work and secondary focus on plumbing work. However, knowledge on landscaping and civil work is an added advantage to increase the salary slab.

Work - 25 Days a Month (4 Fixed-Off and 1 Additional Off)

Accomodation - Provided if required at no extra cost

Salary - 25,000 to 27,000 per month (Take Home)

Special requirements - Must be present during the event hours of banquet functions

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. The candidate must be able to ensure that any shortfall of electrical issues are arrested and rectified during events.

2. Ability to ensure that the diesel generator transition between power failure is quickly backed up during event dates.

3. Ensure the lighting and additional electricity load is determined and the EB power does not trip based on load.

4. Assistance to connect the Diesel Generator for additional load based on guest requirement.

5. All electrical work in the banquet hall and its supporting building.

6. Complete knowledge about electrical wiring work and fixing operational issues before, during and after the event.

7. Ensure that all water outlets work effectively with the ability to identify and fix plumbing issues during and after the event.

A. Tower A/C's

B. Split A/C's

C. Geyser's

D. Diesel Generator

E. Exhaust System

F. Security Cameras

G. Motor for water

H. Entire Electricity map of the property Must be Identified and worked on based off the requirements

I. Manage Electricity Fluctuation Operation with the EB and Generator

J. Monitoring Electrical lines of the entire property during and after event.

K. Assist with operations of the banquet event related to plumbing and electricity.
