Plant Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Expertized in Troubleshoot, program, modify, and commission including:
  

• Siemens PLC S7-300 (Ladder / FBD / STL)

• Sinamics Drives (S120)

• CNC: 840D PL, 840D SL

• WinCC SCADA

• Handle

  electrical & electronic breakdowns

  and ensure effective preventive maintenance of the plant.
• Lead, mentor, and train engineers/operators on

  machine-specific skills, technical improvements, and skill mapping

  .
• Manage manpower, shifts, and overall performance of the

  Electrical Maintenance Team

  .
• Implement

  LCA (Life Cycle Assessment)

  and

  energy management initiatives

  for cost reduction and sustainability.
• Manage

  spare parts & inventory

  efficiently to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  IATF/ISO, SPS, EMS, OHSAS, 5S & TPM standards

  , including documentation and audits.
• Collaborate with safety teams to conduct

  safety audits

  and manage third-party certifications.
• Coordinate with

  HQ and local vendors

  for project execution, spare parts, and maintenance requirements.
• Drive

  new expansion projects

  , maintenance initiatives, and productivity/safety improvements.
• Execute

  ESG projects

  related to maintenance and sustainability.
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and continuous improvement across all maintenance operations.
