Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and construction-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership, with proven expertise in handling sanction works, budgeting, negotiation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance and construction-related projects
Handle sanction works and ensure compliance with regulations
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and clients
Lead and manage the maintenance team effectively
Ensure timely completion of repair, renovation, and facility maintenance tasks
Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in overall construction projects
Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Experience:
5+ years in construction and facility management projects.
