Establish relationships with vendors for cost-effective and timely procurement of maintenance supplies.

Provide regular updates to senior management on equipment status and maintenance plans.

Implement best practices for maintenance processes, focusing on cost reduction and increased reliability.

Monitor KPIs related to equipment performance and downtime, driving improvement initiatives.

Outcome to Drive

Damati Plastics seeks a proactive and experienced Maintenance Head to ensure seamless operations of our manufacturing facilities, with a strong focus on injection moulding equipment. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and proven leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and ensure uninterrupted production.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, particularly in plastics manufacturing.

Extensive knowledge of injection moulding machinery and troubleshooting.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and maintenance software.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external suppliers.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
