We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our maintenance team at Orley Laboratories, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve maintenance goals.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry regulations and standards.
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
