Maintenance Head- CNG City Buses

As a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor at the company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. You will be in charge of implementing and monitoring a preventative maintenance program to ensure cost-effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program in accordance with manufacturers" specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a complete inventory system by recording all expenditures and income related to vehicles, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc. - Supervise all Fleet Services employees, including training, evaluating, and disciplining them. - Assist in developing the Fleet Services budget by reviewing past year expenses and income, and administering all Fleet Service purchases such as parts, tools, and office supplies. - Review purchase requests for new and replacement vehicle parts. - Manage subordinate staff in their day-to-day job performance. - Maximize the use of available resources to run the department effectively. - Ensure department milestones are met while adhering to approved budgets. - Possess extensive knowledge of department processes. Qualifications Required: - Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. - Strong leadership and supervisory skills. - Excellent budget management abilities. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs. - Familiarity with inventory management systems.,
