1. Co-coordinating of all maintenance activities of Civil Repairs, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, A.C.
2. Enquiries & looking into the technical details of all new equipments for the above departments, & obtaining the quotations, forwarding the same to purchase dept.
3. Getting AMC for any new equipment and renewing AMCs for existing equipment & Co-coordinating the activities.
4. Supervising the Installation of new Equipment.
5. Costing of any New Furniture, or Renovation in all the locations.
6. Indenting of Tools.
7. Checking & making of all Monthly & Fortnightly Bills. (Electricity & Gas).
8. Prioritizing maintenance work which needs to be done based on the criticality of the job.
9. Follow up of urgently needed purchase Items.
10. Follow Up with AMC contractors when falling behind in their Schedules.
11. Co-coordinating Pest Control activities at all the above Locations.
12. Restoration / Renovation / Customizing furniture. Repairs & Maintenance also includes all Flats under the Hospital.
13. Budgeting & Costing
14. NABH protocols/Audit/MIS
15. Manpower management and Training
