Maintenance Head

As the Maintenance Head, your role involves supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations. You will be responsible for tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance, as well as maintaining all machinery to ensure it is at working standards. Your duties will also include creating and implementing maintenance procedures, conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems, and planning and managing all repair and installation activities. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures, assign repair schedules, and evaluate repair cost estimates. Additionally, you will be required to document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs, oversee equipment stock, and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
