Job Description

Conduct daily checks and routine preventive maintenance of store equipment, including coffee machines, grinders, refrigeration units, ovens, fryers, HVAC, etc. Attend to emergency repair calls and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime. Ensure all electrical, plumbing, and utility systems within the store are operational and compliant. Maintain logs of maintenance activities, service reports, and asset records. Coordinate with equipment vendors for scheduled AMC services and urgent repairs. Support new store setups, equipment installations, and store refurbishment projects. Monitor stock levels of essential spare parts and maintenance tools; raise requests as needed. Conduct safety audits and ensure fire safety, emergency lighting, and store safety compliance. Assist store teams with minor repairs, fixture replacements, and cleanliness of technical areas. Provide weekly maintenance updates and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
