Maintenance Executive

Role Overview: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities

related to fleet vehicles, workshop infrastructure, and garage operations. This role ensures smooth

functioning of day-to-day operations by managing reports, supervising staff, maintaining safety

standards, and ensuring cleanliness and discipline in the garage premises.

Key Responsibilities 1. Fleet Maintenance & Operations

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all fleet vehicles.

- Maintain complete documentation and daily reports related to maintenance activities.

- Prepare the daily fleet load/unload report and coordinate with operations.

- Monitor plug-points and prepare a plug-point status report every 2 hours.

- Maintain records of vehicle keys and ensure proper handover logs.

2. Workshop & Infrastructure Management

- Supervise construction and developmental work in the garage.

- Ensure proper functioning of tools, equipment, and infrastructure.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the garage premises.

- Coordinate with the security team and maintain security reports.

3. Inventory & Stock Control

- Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables.

- Prepare and update stock inventory twice a month.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare all maintenance-related daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Maintain logs of breakdowns, repairs, and service schedules.

- Provide updates to management and escalate issues.

5. Team Leadership

- Supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

- Ensure workflow discipline and task allocation.

- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions.

6. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.

- Monitor fire safety, electrical safety, and emergency preparedness.

- Implement SOPs to reduce accidents.

Skills & Qualifications Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance.

- Experience in garage/workshop management.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
