Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities Daily Maintenance & OperationsPerform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems, machinery, HVAC, lighting, and building infrastructure. Monitor and maintain generators, UPS, compressors, CCTV, access control, and fire safety equipment. Ensure timely repair of any malfunctioning equipment, tools, or fixtures. Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules. 2. Facility & Infrastructure ManagementInspect building facilities including plumbing, carpentry, sanitation, and overall cleanliness. Supervise maintenance of workstations, washrooms, store rooms, and production areas. Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as water supply, electricity, and air conditioning. 3. Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with external vendors for repair, servicing, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) requirements. Follow up on quotations, scheduling visits, and ensuring quality of work. Maintain proper documentation of all vendor work and invoices. 4. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with safety standards, fire safety norms, and equipment guidelines. Assist in periodic safety audits and inspections. Maintain records of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, safety drills, and equipment servicing. 5. Inventory & DocumentationMaintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables. Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports. Keep logbooks for machine health, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance. 6. Support to Internal TeamsSupport production, admin, HR, and office staff with infrastructure requirements. Provide quick resolutions to facility-related issues. Assist with installation and setup of new machines or equipment. Essential QualificationsITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field. 1–4 years of experience in facility or maintenance roles. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and building maintenance. Ability to handle tools, machines, and troubleshooting independently.
