Job Description

The Maintenance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Guwahati. As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance operations within the organization. Your duties will include conducting routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of equipment and facilities. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage maintenance staff effectively, and coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs. In addition to overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, you will also be tasked with maintaining maintenance records, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely procurement of necessary materials and equipment. The role requires knowledge of maintenance operations, including routine inspections and repairs, as well as the ability to manage maintenance staff and maintain records effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of safety regulations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
