Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at our 120-bed hospital in Palwal, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of engineering and maintenance services. Here are the key responsibilities: - Develop and implement measures and processes related to Engineering and Maintenance services to minimize downtime of assets such as HT/LT/FAS/PAS/CCTV/UPS/FF and HVAC systems. - Possess excellent knowledge of Building Management Systems/services. - Conduct daily facility rounds to proactively identify and address potential problem areas. - Track and monitor the resolution of issues reported by operations/service departments. - Oversee all engineering and maintenance activities and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) as per the plan. - Implement monitoring/tracking of safe working practices in the department. - Develop and manage vendors effectively. - Have exposure to HVAC & Plumbing and be capable of handling multiple sites. - Coordinate site handover between Projects and Operations. Qualifications and Experience: - 3 - 6 years of experience in a reputed hospital. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong leadership skills. - Experience in handling multiple breakdowns proactively and effectively. - Ability to prioritize breakdown resolution. - Proficient in Vendor Development and Management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
