Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Robotic Assembly Systems Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of robotic assembly systems and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLCs, drives, vision systems, and sensing devices to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic assembly equipment to ensure peak performance and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues in robotic systems, including PLC troubleshooting and resolving communication issues between different PLC systems. Vision System Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot vision systems used in the assembly line to ensure accurate quality control operations. Drive Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens Drives and SEW Drives to ensure efficient and effective performance. Sensing Devices: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various sensing devices to ensure safe and accurate assembly line operation. Electrical Hoists: Maintain and repair electrical hoists, ensuring reliable and safe usage. Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. Hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting and robotic assembly systems. Knowledge of Siemens and SEW Drives. Experience with vision systems and sensing devices. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
