Maintenance Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling all shift related tasks and duties, primarilyensuring machine uptime and maintaining the MTTR and MTBF.

2.To work in shifts with at most punctuality and following all the safety norms.

3.The employee who has handled key projects that led to productivity improvement.

4.Perform the WHY-WHY analysis of the breakdowns in shift so as to prepare a long term preventive and corrective action plan

5. Responsible for maintaining the electrical database and updating it timely as per the changes/upgradations in the machine.

6. Who has also handled the utilities power changeover section so as to ensure proper changeover from DG to EB.

8. Responsible to train and transfer the knowledge acquired with the juniors and new joiners.

9. Responsible for proper communication to the next shift team and the up line if necessary during critical breakdowns.

10. Responsible to maintain the proper logging of breakdowns so as to prepare a breakdown occurrence and handling directory.

11.Ideology for green field and civil work, fabrication work, In-house Automation, and fixtures designing.

Qualification

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 2-6 years of Experience
