Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Scheduling maintenance tasks, Maintenance Workers and responding to maintenance emergencies.
Maintenance and handling of AC units, Chiller Units, VRV Units.
Maintenance of UPS parallel operations, VCB, ACB, and Transformer
Maintenance and operations of LT panel and auto synchronizing panel.
Maintenance and operations of DG Sets.
Maintenance and operations of Lift/Elevators.
Should be knowledge of AMC and finalization of AMC.
Should be able to handle the plumbing and furniture maintenance work
Operations and maintenance of RO Plant/STP Plant/ETP Plant/Water Treatment
Should be hand experience of work.
Maintenance of access control system and CCTV system.
Maintenance and operations for the Server Room.
MIS Report preparation and knowledge related to maintenance.
Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs
Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members
Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required
Knowledge and capable for the electrical wiring and control wiring.
Controlling and monitoring inventory
Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
