Job Description: As a Maintenance Supervisor, your role involves planning and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of machines, utilities, and plant equipment in the manufacturing unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Supervising maintenance technicians and ensuring equipment uptime. - Maintaining records of maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory. - Coordinating with production for machine-related issues. - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should have: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setup. - Strong knowledge of machinery, utilities, and safety procedures. - Leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
