Your new role challenging and future-oriented:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machine tools and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in CNC machines
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
Attend shutdown Maintenance work fall on holiday/Sunday
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Work in all three shifts on a rotation basis 6 days shift.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disruptingoperations.
Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary components. Supervise and train juniormaintenance staff.

Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the machine tool industry.
Strong knowledge of different types of CNC machines-HBMs, VMCs, VTLs, CNC Lathes,
conventional Lathes, Milling machines, Surface Grinding machines and other machine tools
Fabrication Shop Machinery-different type of Welding machinery, Heavying ovens etc..
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12-15 Years Hands-on experience in Maintenance field - Heavy Engineering Machine Tool Ind.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software i.e. CMMS
Proficiency in Office-365
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eager to learn new skills have hands-on experience to work on machinery, different types of EOT
Cranes / MHE vehicle
Having knowledge of ISO:9001, 14001 45001 standards
