Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong in
preventive and predictive maintenance
, ensuring safety, uptime, and reliability.
Hands-on experience
with Siemens control logics, NC/VMC, VMC & HMC machines (NTC, MAG, Heller, Nagel Honing).
Expertise in
PLC troubleshooting
and basic programming, especially
Siemens PLCs
(ladder logic, I/Os).
Proficient in
reading and interpreting
electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder diagrams.
Skilled in working with
servo motors, drives, encoders, AC/DC motors, sensors, and I/O cards
.
Strong troubleshooting skills across
mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
.
Knowledgeable about
spindle issues, ball screws, backlash, axis alignment, chucks, vibration, tool changers, and wear & tear
.
Experienced in
energy management
and
spare parts inventory control
.
Capable of
backing up and restoring machine parameters and PLC programs
.
Familiar with
5S, Kaizen, poka-yoke
, and
continuous improvement methodologies
.
