Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in maintaining industrial electrical panels and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, MCCs, and control systems in the factory
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic machinery and equipment, including pumps, cylinders, and valves
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all electrical and hydraulic safety protocols are followed
• Maintain logs and reports of breakdowns, repairs, and inspections
• Coordinate with production and management teams to prioritize tasks
• Suggest improvements for long-term equipment reliability and efficiency
• Supervise technicians/helpers and provide hands-on training where needed

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in factory maintenance, especially in electrical panels and hydraulic systems
• Strong understanding of PLC-based systems (basic knowledge is acceptable if not a core job function)
• Working knowledge of safety standards, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and troubleshooting tools
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics is a plus
• Familiarity with spare parts inventory management is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-call or in shifts, if required
