Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our dairy processing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing maintenance programs for dairy processing equipment, leading a team of maintenance technicians, diagnosing and resolving equipment failures, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, managing projects and budgets, controlling inventory, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Dairy Technology, or related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the dairy or food processing industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of dairy processing equipment and relevant systems. This is a full-time position with potential for on-call duties and overtime. The role may involve exposure to cold storage areas, production lines, and physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods. The work schedule may include day, evening, morning, night, and rotational shifts.
