Process Operator

Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and responsible Process Operator to oversee and manage day-to-day processing operations at our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth production runs, equipment functionality, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor processing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production Maintain proper records of batch processing, temperature, timing, and other key parameters Assist in setting up, cleaning, and maintaining machinery before and after processing Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols Work closely with quality control and maintenance teams to report and resolve issues Load raw materials and monitor ingredient flow during production Identify any inconsistencies or abnormalities in the process and take corrective action Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in updating them when needed Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10+2 or ITI/diploma in food technology, mechanical, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in food or dairy processing (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered) Understanding of processing machinery and plant operations Basic knowledge of GMP, food safety, and plant hygiene standards Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive salary with overtime and shift allowance Training and growth opportunities within the company A clean, safe, and professionally managed work environment Opportunity to work with a leading brand in the food processing sector Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/04/2025
