Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
Adjust machine settings and parameters to ensure optimal performance. Batch Production Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during production. Handle raw materials and intermediates according to batch records. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, logbooks, and deviation reports. Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Cleaning & Maintenance Clean equipment and production areas as per SOPs to prevent cross-contamination. Conduct routine maintenance and report equipment malfunctions. Safety & Hygiene Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.
