Process Operator

PROCESS OPERATOR-ACTIVATION

We are urgently hiring Process Operators to work across various internal departments in our manufacturing/industrial operations. Candidates must have experience in factory/industry operations and be willing to work in flexible shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and maintain strong teamwork within the operations department.
• Achieve targeted yield in Kiln operations.
• Ensure Required CTC & AD performance in Kiln operations.
• Monitor, control, and record all relevant plant operational parameters.
• Perform sampling, testing, and documentation of process streams as per Quality Assurance standards and procedures.
• Participate actively in Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) programs.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and support housekeeping activities as required.
• Be willing to work additional hours / overtime when business needs arise.

IMS (Integrated Management System) Responsibilities

• Ensure all health hazard controls and environmental safeguards remain within compliance limits.
• Utilize resources efficiently and minimize operational waste, following sustainability practices.

Qualification

• BSC - Chemistry
• Diploma - Mechanical/Chemical/ Petrochemical
• ITI Fitter

Experience : 1+year

Immediate Joiners are preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
