Mission descriptionExecute maintenance activity in shift operation Use diagnostic tools and instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers to identify faults. Perform routine maintenance and repair on electronic and mechatronic equipment Following HSE, work permit etc. Activity during supplier service engineer visit Maintain record of Machine qualification . Support to making shift performance data and help to prepare management information report . Maintain 5s standards in work area during preventive & corrective maintenance activity Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems Identify root causes of electrical & mechanical failures and implement timely and effective repairs Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest ideas for process optimization Perform equipment maintenance, servicing, daily checks, troubleshooting and rectifications of assigned equipment.Diploma / B. Tech Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2-4 years in a machine shop or manufacturing plant. Knowledge of CNC machine, special process machine and other equipment. Knowledge of automation systems, etc. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
